Aisha N. Braveboy (born July 29, 1974) is an American politician who represents district 25 in the Maryland House of Delegates.
==Background==
Born in Washington, D.C., Delegate Braveboy attended Melwood Elementary school, Kettering Middle school and graduated from Largo High School in 1992. She went on to the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned her B.A. in government & politics in 1997. Three years later she graduated from the Howard University School of Law with a J.D. and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2000. She is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.〔 She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho sorority. She serves as the National Chair of Legislative Action. (Election Profiles - Aisha N. Braveboy - Maryland State House, District 25 (washingtonpost.com) )〕 Braveboy was elected after Delegate Anthony Brown vacated his seat to run for Lt. governor.
